为实现铝合金管路环缝的自动化焊接,根据铝合金管环缝的特点,自行研制了环缝自动焊接的试验工装。并进行了一系列的试验攻关,确定了一套铝合金管路环缝自动焊接的工艺规范。

A series of experiments have been carried out, and A set of technological specifications for circular seam automatic welding of aluminum alloy pipe were determined.
