气保护不锈钢药芯焊丝电弧稳定性研究

摘要 为使气保护不锈钢药芯焊丝中非金属组分对电弧稳定性的影响规律得到量化,采用Design-Expert软件中的混料设计法设计试验并进行结果分析。选择金红石等五种非金属组分作为自变量,将电流变异系数作为电弧稳定性的评价指标,建立了两者之间的回归模型,得到了固定任意两种组分含量,剩余三种组分对电流变异系数影响的三维响应图,并且直观分析了组分含量对因变量的影响规律。经过实际验证,回归模型的预测值和实际值差别较小,说明其对实际生产具有较强的指导意义;最后利用软件的最优求解功能,得到了电流变异系数最小即电弧稳定性最佳的非金属组分配比。 In order to quantify the effect of non-metallic components in gas-shielded stainless steel flux-cored wire on the arc stability, the experiment design and result analysis were conducted by the mixed design method of the Design-Expert software. A regression model was established between non-metallic components and the coefficient of current variation by choosing five kinds of non-metallic components such as rutile, etc as independent variables, the coefficient of current variation as the evaluation index of the arc stability. When content of two components was fixed, the content of the other three components varied, 3 D response diagram was obtained, and the influence laws of components content on coefficient of current variation was analyzed intuitively. After the actual verification, the difference between the predicted value of the regression model and the actual value was small, which indicated that the model had a strong guiding significance. At last, the ratio of non-metallic components with the lowest coefficient of current variation or the best arc stability was obtained by the best solution function of the software.
