青蒿及复合中草药添加剂对散养肉鸡生长性能及血液生化指标的影响 被引量:18

摘要 为研究青蒿及复合中草药添加剂对散养肉鸡生长性能及血液生化指标的影响,试验选用健康、体重基本一致的30日龄良凤花公鸡360只,采用多因素单水平的试验设计,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复30只鸡,对照组饲喂基础日粮,三个试验组分别在基础日粮上添加1%的青蒿、1%的青蒿复合添加剂Ⅰ及1%的青蒿复合添加剂Ⅱ,进行为期60 d的饲养试验。饲养试验结束后每个重复选取3只鸡采血和屠宰并测定相关指标。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验3组和试验2组能显著提高肉鸡的平均日增重(P<0.05);试验2组能显著提高肉鸡的全净膛率和腿肌率(P<0.05);试验2组能显著提高肉鸡血清总蛋白(P<0.05),试验3组能显著降低甘油三酯含量(P<0.05)。根据以上结果综合分析,在日粮中添加青蒿复合添加剂Ⅰ(试验2组)对提高散养肉鸡的效果最好。 The aim to study on add Artemisia apiacea and compound chinese herbal medicine addi- tives into daily diet effect on growth performance and blood biochemical indexes of free range broilers. The experiment was designed of multi-factor and single level. 360 male healthy Liangfenghua broilers with same body weight and 30 days old were selected and divided into 4 groups, there were 3 repeti- tions in every group and 30 broilers in each repetition. Control group was fed basal diet, experiment groups were fed respectively 1% artemisia apiacea, 1% artemisia apiacea compound additive I and 1% artemisia apiacea compound additive Ⅱ with the basal diet together. Three broilers of each treatment were plucked blood and slaughtered to determined the related indexes at the end of 60 days feeding trail. The results show that: the ADG(average daily gain) were improve significantly in experimental group 2 and experimental group 3 than the control group(P〈0.05); The carcass net rate and leg meat rate of broilers in experimental group 2 were improved(P〈0.05) than control group, the total serum pro- tein of the broilers of the experiment group 2 were improved significantly (P〈0.05) and the triglyceride content of experiment group 3 were reduced significantly(P〈0.05). Based on the comprehensive analy-sis of the above resuhs, the effects of Artemisia apiacea compound Chinese herbal medicine addi- tives Ⅰ on growth performance was the best of free range broilers.
