饲料叶酸和VB_(12)水平对黄颡鱼生长、肉质及抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:1

Effects of different dietary folic acid and vitamin B_(12) level on the growth performance, meat quality and antioxidant capacity of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco

摘要 以平均初始体重(31.84±0.05)g的黄颡鱼为试验对象,在室内循环水箱内做为期56 d的摄食生长试验,探讨饲料中不同叶酸、VB_(12)水平及其交互作用对黄颡鱼生长性能、肉质及抗氧化能力的影响。试验采用3×3因子设计,制作9种叶酸和VB_(12)不同配比的饲料,其中叶酸水平为0.15%、0.30%、0.45%,VB_(12)水平为0.05%、0.10%、0.15%,以不添加叶酸和VB_(12)的饲料作为对照组,每组三个重复,每个重复30尾鱼。试验结果表明,与对照组相比,饲料中叶酸、VB_(12)水平对黄颡鱼生长性能有显著影响(P<0.05);当叶酸/VB_(12)水平为为0.45%/0.15%时,黄颡鱼生长性能最佳,增重率、特定生长率最高,且饵料系数显著降低(P<0.05);各试验组黄颡鱼肌肉滴水损失率和蒸煮损失率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),但试验组间差异不显著(P>0.05),在叶酸、VB_(12)水平分别为0.45%、0.15%时,黄颡鱼肌肉滴水损失率和蒸煮损失率最低;当叶酸/VB_(12)水平为0.45%/0.15%时,黄颡鱼组织及血清中T-SOD、CAT活性显著提高,MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05)。因此,在本试验条件下,在饲料中添加叶酸和VB_(12)不仅对黄颡鱼的生长有明显的促进作用,还对各组织和血清中T-SOD和CAT的生成和活性有较强的诱导能力,降低MDA含量,提高机体的抗氧化能力。黄颡鱼饲料最适叶酸/VB_(12)水平为0.45%/0.15%。 An 56-days feeding trial was conducted to estimate the effects of dietary folic acid (0.15%, 0.30% and 0.45%) and VBt2 (0.05%, 0.1% and 0.15%) on growth, meat quality and antioxidant capaci- ty of Pelteobagms fulvidraeo, using 3×3 two-factor experimental design. Dietary without folic acid and VBt2 as the control group. Each group had 3 repetition and each repetition had 30 fishes. Results showed that the dietary folic acid and VBt2 had significant effects on the growth performance of Pelteo- bagms fulvidraeo (P〈O.05). When the dietary folic acid/VB12 was 0.45%/0.15%, Peheobagrus fulvidra-co got the best growth performance, the highest WG, SGR and the lowest FE were found in this group. The drip loss rate and cooking loss rate of signifi- cantly lower than those of the control group (P〈 0.05), while there was no significantly difference in test groups (P〉0.05). When the level of di- etary folic acid and VB12 was 0.45%, 0.15%, the drip loss rate and cooking loss rate of the Pelteo- bagrus fulvidraco were the lowest. At the same time, when the level of dietary folic acid/VB12 was 0.45%/0.15%, the T-SOD, CAT activity got the maximum, and the MDA content was the lowest. Therefore, under the experimental conditions, the ad- dition of folic acid and VB12 not only promoted the growth performance of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco, but also induced the production and activity of SOD and CAT in tissues, reduced the content of MDA, and improved the antioxidant capacity of the body. The most suitable level of folic acid and VB12 in Pelteo- bagrus fulvidraeo dietary was 0.45%/0.15%.
