桑叶粉对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和贮藏过程中哈夫单位的影响 被引量:6

Effects of mulberry leaf powder on performance of laying hens, egg quality and Haugh unit during the storage process

摘要 试验旨在研究饲粮中添加桑叶粉对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和贮藏过程中哈夫单位的影响。试验选用200只240日龄健康产蛋期海兰灰蛋鸡作为试验动物,随机分成5个组,每组4个重复,每重复10只鸡。第1组为对照组,第2、3、4组和第5组分别在对照组饲粮中添加1%、2%、3%和4%的桑叶粉。试验为期35 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,饲料中添加1%~4%的桑叶粉对蛋鸡的平均日采食量、产蛋率和料蛋比无显著影响(P>0.05);添加1%及以上桑叶粉能够显著降低次品蛋率(P<0.05);添加桑叶粉对蛋黄颜色和哈夫单位等蛋品质指标无显著影响(P>0.05),但添加3%及以上桑叶粉试验组鸡蛋在贮藏1个月后其哈夫单位显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。由此可知,日粮中添加桑叶粉能够降低次品蛋率,延缓贮藏过程中鸡蛋哈夫单位的下降。 The aim of this study was to study the effects of mulberry leaf powder on performance o/laying Hens, egg quality and Haugh unit dur- ing storage. Two hundred 240-day-old Hailan gray laying hens were randomly assigned to five groups with four replicates per group and ten hens per replicate. Group 1 was the control group, and group 2, 3, 4 and 5 were separately fed the control group diets with 1%, 2%, 3%and 4% mulberry leaf powder. The experiment lasted for 35 days. The results showed as follows: compared with control group, adding 1%-4% mulberry leaf powder have no significant effects on ADFI, laying rate and FCR (P〉0.05); adding 1% or more mulberry leaf powder significantly decreased the second egg rate (P〈0.05); adding mulberry leaf powder have no significant effects on egg qualities of yolk col- or, Haugh unit, and other qualities (P〉O.05); adding 3% or more mulberry leaf powderincreased the Haugh unit of eggs which had been stored for a month, compared with control group (P〈O.05). These results indicate that mulberry leaf powder can decrease second egg rate, and delay the decline of egg Haugh unit during storage.
