摘要 汽车环保排气污染物检测用底盘测功机技术性能综合测试系统研究与开发的产品为汽车环保排气污染物检测用底盘测功机综合校准系统,它由硬件系统与软件系统组成,从检测的第一步开始到检测结果报告的自动生成,检测业务的结束到检测结果报告的随时调用、查阅,完全实现了自动化、智能化在线环保设备的检测、校准,保障实现科学、合理的校准与量值溯源。对汽车环保排气污染物检测用底盘测功机的综合技术指标进行精准的综合校准,达到符合国家标准及计量技术规范的要求,满足国家标准、规范要求的环保排放检测系统的高准确度和静态、动态计量检测。 The paper depicts research and development of comprehensive test system for detection of environmental protection exhaust pollutants in automobiles with technical performance of chassis dynamometer. The product is an in- tegrated calibration system for detection of environmental protection exhaust pollutants in automobiles, which is com- posed of hardware system and software system. To ensure the scientific and reasonable calibration and traceability, from the first step of detection to the automatic generation of test result report, and from the end of detection service to the detection result report, the system completely realizes the functions of calls and consultations at any time with auto- matic and smart online environmental protection equipment detection and calibration. The system is in accordance with precise and comprehensive calibration, meeting the requirements of national standards and metering technical specifi- cations with high precision, static and dynamic measurement of environmental protection exhaust pollutants detection.
