摘要
采用积木式创新设计方法,研究单相智能电能表硬件平台化、模块化设计,基于“双芯”方案实现电能表法制计量功能与非法制功能的物理隔离,在保证基本的计量功能稳定的基础上,实现功能的柔性多样化配置;研究产品结构的积木式设计、无导线连接方式;研究符合智能制造硬件的标准化、模块化、自动化生产要求的设计关键技术。研制积木式单相智能电能表通过第三方检测机构认证,计量准确、符合产品性能标准要求;现场试运行半年,运行稳定、质量可靠,通信模块可在线更换。
This paper studied single-phase intelligent watt-hour meter' s hardware platform and modular design u- sing the building block innovative design methods, realized the physical isolation of legal measurement function and non-legal function based on "dual-core" scheme, provided the flexible and diverse configurations on basis of guaran- teeing the stability the basic measurement function. Simultaneously, this paper studied the internal building block de- sign and wireless connection of product structure, studied the key technology of modular single-phase intelligent watt- hour meter design while meeting the requirements of standardized, modular and automated production of intelligent manufacturing hardware.
