Research Progress on the Bioactivity of Polysaccharide from Bee Pollen

蜂花粉是天然的保健食品与药品来源,多糖是其主要的生物活性成分之一。研究表明,不同来源的蜂花粉多糖具有增强免疫、降糖降脂、抗衰老、抗癌等多重功效,近年来其生物活性成为研究热点。就近几年蜂花粉多糖生物活性研究进展进行综述,以期为多糖的进一步研究、利用提供更有价值的依据。

Bee pollen is a natural source of health foods and medicines, and polysaccharide is one of its main bioactive components. Studies have shown that Polysaccharide from different Bee Pollen have different functions, such as enhancing immunity, lowering blood sugar and blood fat. anti-aging and anti-tumor and so on.ln recent years, their biological activity has become a research hotspot. In this paper, the biological activity of polysaccharide from bee pollen are summarized, in order to provide more valuable evidence for the further research and utilization of polysaccharides.
