花培水稻两系不育系V25S的选育

Breeding of Rice PTGMS Line V25S by Anther Culture

水稻两系不育系V25S是温州市农业科学研究院以两系不育系C815S作母本、Y58S作父本杂交,F1代与自育亲本P21复交,后代经花药培养选育而成。V25S分蘖多,育性转换温度低于23.5℃,开花习性好,异交结实率高,米质较优。2013年通过浙江省农作物品种审定委员会技术鉴定。

V25S, a photoperiod-and thermo-sensitive genic male sterile（PTGMS） line in rice, was developed through anther culture from the offspring of the multiple cross of C815 S/Y58 S//P21 by Wenzhou Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Besides its critical sterility-inducing temperature lower than 23.5℃, it has a strong tillering ability, good flowering habits, high outcrossing rate and relatively good grain quality. In 2013, V25 S was technically identified by Zhejiang Provincial Crop Variety Appraisal Committee.
