摘要
分析了抗灾排水系统立式和斜卧式两种布置形式,采用对比的方法,在煤矿井下建立更加优化的抗灾排水系统,以满足井下排水救灾要求。对抗灾排水系统两种不同布置方式中硐室断面要求、起吊及检修空间、经济投资等作了充分对比,这两种方式都能满足矿井抗灾排水的要求,斜卧式安装方式总体优于立式布置,当潜水泵型号、电动机功率过大时,可考虑立式布置方式。设计之初需要采矿专业配合,根据井下巷道具体布置方式、围岩条件、水仓设置等,确定最优方案。
Through the analysis and discussion of vertical and diagonal horizontal arrangement of disaster-resistant drainage system,an optimized disaster-resistant drainage system is established to meet the requirements for underground disaster relief water drainage. The author makes a full contrast of chamber layout,the space for lifting and maintenance,economic investment and so on between the two different drainage system arrangement schemes, which both meet the requirements of mine drainage and disaster prevention and drainage. Generally, the inclined horizontal arrangement is better than the vertical arrangement,when the submersible pump model,the motor power is too large,the vertical layout can be an option. At the beginning of design, it is necessary to cooperate with mining professionals to determine the optimal solution according to the specific arrangement of underground roadways,surrounding rock conditions and water tank settings.
