摘要 为了探讨深立井安全高效施工技术,分析研究了我国立井施工的历史发展和大直径、深立井施工的技术基础与发展状况,并对深立井施工的提升、凿岩、爆破、砌壁等关键工序进行了工艺、设备的优化与实践应用。最终总结出1200~1500m深立井的安全高效施工的装备配套方案及工艺,实现综合月进尺可以达到90~110m,并提出了下一步2000~3000m深立井施工技术的发展思路和展望。 In order to discuss the safe and efficient construction technology for deep shafts,the author investigated the development of vertical shaft construction and analyzed the technological base and development status of large diameter deep shaft construction in China. Optimizing as well as practicing the technology and equipment in the key process of deep shafts construction,including hoisting,rock drilling,blasting and lining. Finally,the safe and efficient construction technology for 1200 -1500 m deep shaft was achieved with a comprehensive monthly progress of 90 - 110 m,the future development ideas and prospect were proposed for construction technology of 2000- 3000 m deep shaft.
