我国超深立井凿井提升面临的问题及建议 被引量:7

摘要 论述了我国国内超深立井提升装备和项目现状,并与国外超深立井提升系统参数配置情况进行了对比。在现有国产装备及安全规程条件下,分析了超深立井凿井在提升高度、提升效率、提升机滚筒宽度等方面面临的困境,并探讨在提升钢丝绳安全系数、最大提升速度和缠绕层数方面存在的问题。进一步提出了超深立井凿井提升发展及研究方向的建议。 The status quo of China ’ s domestic ultra-deep shaft hoisting equipment and projects was discussed, and compared with the situation of foreign super deep shaft hoisting system parameter configuration. Under the conditions of the existing domestic equipment and safety regulations,the difficulties faced by the ultra-deep vertical shaft sinking in raising the height,increasing the efficiency,and increasing the width of the machine drum are analyzed,and problems in the safety factor,maximum lifting speed,and winding layers of the steel wire rope are discussed. Further,proposals were made for the development and research directions of ultra-deep vertical shaft sinking.
