摘要
以沙曲二矿三采区1#底板岩巷工程为研究背景,通过对该巷道受上覆回采工作面推进过程中,两段不同支护形式下巷道矿压显现和变形破坏程度进行对比分析,提出受采动影响下的底板岩巷,在直接顶稳定的条件下控制矿压的关键技术是提高巷帮的支护强度,同时采用"锚网索+喷浆"联合支护能有效控制巷道顶底板移近量和严重片帮现象的发生。实践证明,采用该技术控制的区域围岩稳定,顶底板位移和片帮得到很好的控制。研究成果可为该矿或类似地质条件下其他矿井底板岩巷支护设计和施工提供借鉴。
Taking the No. 1 floor rock roadway engineering practice in 3 rd mining district of the Shaqu No. 2 Coal Mine as the research object,through the process of advancing the overlying working face of the roadway,a comparative analysis is carried out for two different supporting schemes in the floor rock roadway under mining influence through observing the mine pressure behaviors and deformation. The key for mine pressure controlling under stable immediate roof is to increase the supporting strength of the roadway ribs,at the same time,adopt"bolt-mesh-cable + shotcreting"joint support to control the roof-to-floor convergence of roadway and rib spalling. It has been proved by practice that the surrounding rocks controlled by this technique are stable,and the displacement of roof and floor as well as ribs are under control. The research results can provide references for the support design and construction of floor rock roadways in other mines under similar geological conditions.
