摘要
基于赤峪煤矿北一采区2#、3#煤层开采地质条件,对该采区顶底板进行了分级分类,研究了三带分布规律,确定了支架支护强度及支护阻力,论证了ZY3200/07/15D型液压支架的适用性。研究结果表明:2#、3#煤层直接顶为2类,基本顶为Ⅱ级,2#煤底板为较软类岩层,3#煤底板为中硬类岩层;3#煤层开采时,3#煤层裂隙带将与上覆2#煤采空区的冒落带、裂隙带连通;考虑支架支护强度和煤层厚度,北一采区北翼2#、3#煤工作面开采可使用ZY3200/07/15D型液压支架,南翼则不宜使用。
Based on the geological conditions of No. 2 and No. 3 coal seam in the North No. 1 mining district of Chiyu coal Mine,the roof and floor strata are classified. The distribution of the three-zone is studied and the support strength and resistance are calculated,the availability of ZY3200/07/15 D hydraulic support is demonstrated. The results show that the immediate roofs of No. 2 and No. 3 coal seam are roof of Second Type,the basic roofs were Grade Ⅱ,the strata of No. 2 coal floor was softer,the strata of No. 3 coal floor is medium hard; with the mining of No. 3 coal seam,the fracture zone of No. 3 coal seam will be connected with the caving zone and fracture zone of No. 2 coal mining district goaf; considering the support strength and the thickness of coal seam,ZY3200/07/15 D hydraulic support can be used in the No. 2 and No. 3 coal working face of North No. 1 mining district north limb,which is not suitable for the south limb.
