外商独资项目监理工作探讨

为了做好煤炭企业的转型升级发展,基于外商独资企业的广西金桂浆纸业项目的监理工作,探索出外商独资项目的监理组织机构,研究了外商独资工程监理的工作方法、工作程序、工作要点,并对安全、质量、投资、合同、信息管理和协调工作进行全面规划,使之符合外商独资企业的管理流程,形成一套完整的与外商独资企业管理接轨的监理工作体系,可为外商独资工程项目的监理工作提供借鉴意义。

In order to complete the transformation and upgrading of coal enterprises,based on the supervision of Guangxi Jinui Pulp ＆ Paper project,which is a wholly foreign owned enterprise,we explore the supervision organization of wholly foreign-owned projects and study the working methods,working procedures and work key points of foreign-owned project supervision. Comprehensive planning of safety,quality,investment,contract,information management and coordination work is carried out to make it comply with the management process of foreign owned enterprises,and form a complete set of supervision work system in line with the management of foreign owned enterprises,which can provide reference for project supervision of wholly foreign owned enterprises.
