摘要
针对叶轮不对称故障,提出了一种基于双馈风力发电机电气特性的故障诊断方法。首先根据动量-叶素理论分析了不对称故障下叶轮气动特性的变化以及对机舱、塔座振动的影响,得到了气动转矩的变化特性。由于气动转矩降低并产生波动,使得机组功率也发生相应的变化。然后结合双馈风力发电机(doubly-fed induction generator,DFIG)运行机理,进一步得出了发电机转子电流的变化特性。分析结果显示:不对称时机组输出功率下降,并出现波动;发电机转子电流中包含调制频率—叶轮的一倍转频。最后在MATLAB/Simulink环境下进行了仿真验证,结果表明了所提方法的正确性。
A method based on electrical characteristics of doubly -fed induction generator (DFIG) is proposed to diagnose the blade asymmetry fault. Firstly, aerodynamic characteristics and its influence on the nacelle and tower vibration were analyzed under the asymmetry fault. After obtaining the blade element displacement and the relative speed of wind, the aerodynamic torque was computed again. Then the rotor current characteristics of DFIG were analyzed. The result shows that the output power descends with oscillation under asymmetry fault. In addition, there exists the same modulation harmonic frequency as the blade rotating frequency in the rotor current. Finally, the simulation based on MATLAB/Simulink environment shows the effectiveness of the proposed method in this paper.
