双向LLC谐振变换器的脉冲充电方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对目前电动汽车充电效率低、充电速度慢的问题,以LLC谐振网络和正负脉冲充电方法为基础,设计了改进型的双向全桥LLC谐振变换器,采用基波分析法对改进型双向全桥LLC谐振变换器的电压增益特性和软开关实现条件进行研究。提出了电压环与电流环控制算法以及脉冲充电技术和LLC谐振变换器控制方法,利用建立的双向全桥LLC谐振变换器控制模型,实现了正负脉冲快速充电的目的,达到了能量回馈循环利用的控制效果,提高了系统效率和充电速度。 In this paper, for this problem that the charging efficiency is low and slow in the current vehicle, an improved bi - directional full bridge LLC resonant converter was designed based on LLC resonant network and positive & negative pulses, and the voltage gain characteristics and the soft switching implementation conditions in the improved resonant converter were studied using the fundamental wave method. Voltage loop and current loop control algorithm, pulse charging technology and LLC resonant converter were proposed to set up the control model of bi - directional full bridge LLC resonant converter, which can achieve the control effect of positive and negative pulse fast charging and energy recycling, therefore, the system efficiency and charging speed have been improved.
