区县级图书馆总分馆制标准化建设探究——以江苏省吴江区为例

On the Main-branch System Standardization Construction of District and County Level Library:Taking Wujiang District of Jiangsu Province for Example

江苏省吴江区是全国首个发布图书馆总分馆建设管理标准的区县级行政区。本文通过阐述吴江标准发布的背景意义、建设基础、内容特色,探析区县级图书馆总分馆制标准化建设的重点和难点,以期抛砖引玉,寻求更多可资借鉴的成熟理念。

Wujiang District of Jiangsu Province is the first district and county level administrative region in China to release the construction and management standard of library main-branch system. This paper attempts to analyze the key and difficult points in the standardization of library main-branch system by explaining the background and significance, construction foundation, content characteristics of standards issued by Wujiang District, hoping to start a discussion and seek more reference of mature experience.
