摘要 为解决易地扶贫搬迁工程中安置点的供电问题,提升安置点供电可靠性和电能质量。本文系统研究了贵州省易地扶贫中迁出点和安置点特点,对其周边电网存在问题进行分析。迁出点主要问题为迁出之后,电力负荷发生转移,原有电力资源利用效率可能随之降低。为迁出点规划建设的电网项目可能推迟或取消。而对于安置点来讲,安置点为负荷转移的终点,该区域负荷增长明显,负荷转移问题给电网规划带来新的调整,因此,根据实际情况调整电网项目建设,最终使安置点用上电和用好电,为贵州省易地扶贫提供电力保障。通过本文对易地扶贫搬迁工程中安置点和迁出点周边电网分析,提出安置点和迁出点周边电力问题的解决措施,合理安排配套电网项目,保证安置点和其他区域同步小康,同时验证了本文规划思路的合理性。 In order to solve the problem of power supply at the resettlement site for the land acquisition, house demolition and relocation project, the power supply reliability and power quality of the settlement site are improved. This paper systematically studies the characteristics of emigration and resettlement sites in poverty alleviation in Guizhou Province. And analyze the problems in its surrounding power grid. The main problem of the migration point is that the power load will be transferred after the removal, and the original power resource utilization efficiency may be reduced. Power grid projects planned for the emigration point may be postponed or cancelled. For the resettlement site, the resettlement site is the end point of the load transfer. The load in this area has increased significantly. The load transfer problem has brought new adjustments to the power grid planning. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the construction of the power grid according to the actual situation, and finally make the site use electricity and electricity, so as to provide electricity guarantee for the poverty - alleviation in guizhou province. Through in this paper, the change of surrounding settlements and emigration points of the relocation project for poverty alleviation grid analysis, Treatment measures for the surrounding power problems at the resettlement site and the exit point were proposed, and the supporting grid projects are reasonably arranged to ensure that the site and other areas are well-off and verify simultaneously, and verified the rationality of the planning ideas in this paper.
