中熟梨新品种‘晚翠’引种表现及关键栽培技术

Introduction Performance and Key Cultivation Techniques of New Mid-late Maturing Pear cv. ‘Wancui’

通过引种观察与示范种植表明:‘晚翠’属中熟砂梨品种;果实特大型,单果重378.9 g,外观综合评价与‘黄花’相当;果心小;果肉白色,石细胞少,可溶性固形物含量11.5%以上;肉质松脆,果汁多,风味甜,品质综合评价优于‘黄花’;早实性、丰产性、稳产性、抗逆性、适应性好,可作为湿热地区中熟品种发展种植。生产上,应合理配置授粉树、增加施肥量、整形修剪、适量留果、促锈或果实套袋等关键配套栽培措施。

Pear cv. ＇Wancui＇ was introduced, observed and planted for demonstration. The results showed that ＇Wancui＇ was a new mid-late maturing pear cultivar and its fruit is extremely large with average fruit weight of 378.9g. Comprehensive evaluation of its appearance quality was same with that of ＇ Huanghua＇ , including small fruit core, less stone cells, soluble solid content of over 11.5%, crisp and juice flesh, sweet flavor, fruit quality higher than that of ＇ Huanghua＇ , early bearing, high yield, stable yield, high resistance and good adaptability. It could be popularized as a mid-late maturing cultivar in hot and humid region. In production, we shoul take some key corresponding cultivation measures including arrangement of suitable pollination varieties, application of more fertilizer, pruning, suitable fruit retention and fruit bagging.
