摘要
考察了PVC糊树脂黏度、交联体系、原料水含量、稳定体系、烘箱温度对低密度硬质交联PVC发泡板尺寸收缩的影响。结果表明:当PVC糊树脂黏度为2 500~3 000 m Pa·s,主交联剂为1.0份,助交联剂为2份,液体钙锌稳定剂为4份,有机锡稳定剂为4份,原料含水质量分数<1%,烘箱温度在80~100℃时,可制得性能优良的发泡板。
The effects of viscosity of PVC paste resins, crosslinking system, water content of raw matrials, stabilizing agent system, and oven temperature on dimension shrinkage of crosslinked and foamed rigid PVC low-density boards were investigated. The results showed that when the viscosity of PVC paste resins was 2 500 -3 000 mPa · S, the main crosslinking agent was 1 part, the auxiliary crosslinking agent was 2 parts, the liquid Ca/Zn stabilizer was 4 parts, the organic tin stabilizer was 4 parts, the water content of raw materials was 〈1% , and the oven temperature was 80 -100 ℃, the foamed boards with excellent performance could be obtained.
