摘要
分析了两种不同工艺生产的重质碳酸钙粒度分布特征,并对比了这两种重质碳酸钙在相同PVCU管材配方下的应用效果,指出目前重质碳酸钙粒度检测方式存在的不足和正确检测条件的选择,提出应控制重质碳酸钙的粒度分布,减少重质碳酸钙中的大粒径粒子,以确保PVC-U管材产品质量。
The particle size distribution of ground calcium carbonate produced by two different processes were analyzed. The application effects of the two ground calcium carbonate in PVC-U pipes produced acarding to the same formula were compared. The shortcomings of the current detection methods for heavy calcium carbonate particle size and the selection of the correct detection conditions were pointed out. It was suggested that the particle size distribution of heavy calcium carbonate should be controlled and the large particle size particles in heavy calcium carbonate should be reduced, so as to ensure the quality of PVC -U pipe products.
