皮神经阻滞麻醉联合BTA注射治疗PHN疗效观察 被引量:2

Clinical Observation of Cutaneous Nerve Block Technique Combined with Intradermal Injection of Botulinum Toxin A in Treatment of Postherpetic Neuralgia

摘要 目的:观察皮神经阻滞麻醉联合注射A型肉毒毒素(BTA)治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)的疗效。方法:对南方医科大学皮肤病医院2016年6月至2017年6月20例PHN患者,采用皮神经阻滞麻醉联合注射BTA治疗,并使用视觉模拟评分法(VAS),评估第0、1、7、30天的分数。结果:患者治疗后第1、7、30天VAS评分与治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗30d后显效12例,有效7例,无效1例,总有效率为95%。患者无肌肉麻痹影响功能等并发症发生。结论:皮神经阻滞麻醉联合注射BTA可有效治疗PHN,无肌肉麻痹影响功能等严重并发症。 Objective To observe the effect of cutaneous nerve block technique combined with intradermal injection of botulinum toxin A in treatment of postherpetic neuralgia(PHN). Method 20 cases of PHN in dermatology hospital of southern medical university from June 2016 to June 2017 were deal with cutaneous nerve block technique combined with intradermal injection of botulinum toxin A.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score was evaluated before treatment and on the 1 st, 7 th, 30 th day after treatment. Result The VAS scores of the patients on the 1st,7th,30th day after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P〈0.05),There was markedly effective in 12 cases, effective in 7 cases and ineffective in 1 case, and the total effective rate was 95%. No serious adverse effects were observed. Conclusion The combination of cutaneous nerve block anesthesia and BTA can effectively treat PHN without severe complications such as muscle paralysis affecting function.
