陈泽东医著两种研究

Study on CHEN Ze-dong's Two Medical Books

陈泽东为20世纪最初40年天津市著名中医学家、中医教育家、社会活动家。为传授岐黄学术办学授业,他一直谆谆教导学员努力研习中医经典,本人更是倾其心血整理、加注并出版了一系列经典医籍。从文献学的角度,对陈泽东两部医著《国医伤寒课义》《温病讲义》进行研究,指明陈泽东结合教学需要阐释伤寒,深入浅出,重构体系且经注分明;论温病审证求因,堪透病源,治疗温病师法前贤又不囿于旧说,处方用药重视调理脾胃且用药轻灵。

From the perspective of TCM Philology,two medical works of CHEN Ze-dong were studied. He made a clear and simple conclusion for typhoid fever with deep analysis. Specifically,he reset the structure of treatise on febrile diseases by clarifying the type of typhoid fever and concentrating on the main point. The type of typhoid fever was clearly and specifically explained by him. Most of his prescription is light and focused on adjustment of spleen and stomach. In the meantime,he also applied different prescription simultaneously to improve the efficacy.
