对经筋理论中若干“点”概念的辨析与整合

Discrimination and Integration of Some "Points" Concepts in the Theory of Muscles Along the Regular Meridians

历代医家对经筋均有研究,但目前学术界对经筋理论中若干"点"的概念认识并不统一。类似但存在歧义的名词表述势必会妨碍经筋理论的进一步发展。通过梳理有关文献载述,理清"点"对于经筋理论的起源性意义,辨明生理性"筋结点"概念的衍变,确定其为经筋理论最基本的结构与功能单位,将泛滥的病理称谓整合为"结筋病灶点",正确定义经筋理论中生理和病理"点"的概念,将经筋理论规律性认识的深层引向研究具有重要的基础理论意义。

Ancient physicians have studied the tendons,but the academic circles of the tendon system in a number of ＂point＂concept of understanding is not uniform. Similar but ambiguous noun expressions are bound to hinder the further development of the theoretical system. By sorting out the relevant literature,it is necessary to clarify the origin of the theory of＂reinforcement＂and to identify the evolution of the concept of physiological＂tendon＂. It is determined that it is the most basic structure and function unit of the reinforcement system. It is of great theoretical significance to study the concept of ＂point＂ in the theory of stress and tendons in the theory of tendon reinforcement.
