Thought and Experience of WU Hao-xin in Treating Stroke

吴颢昕教授擅长治疗心脑血管疾病,认为中风常发生于慢性潜隐性退变基础上,以血运不畅、瘀阻脑窍为基本病机,瘀阻脑络是中风的病理基础,瘀血在中风的发生发展过程中起关键作用。对中风的治疗吴颢昕教授首辨病期,急性期采用清毒活血化瘀法,以自拟双根清脑汤为主方加减;缓解期用益气活血化瘀法,以补阳还五汤加水蛭粉为主方化裁。另以泻肺补肾为特色,變理标本缓急。此外,认为对中风患者做好日常调护亦具有重要意义。

Professor WU Hao-xin is skilled in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. He considered that stroke often occured on the basis of chronic and recessive degeneration. Besides,the basic pathogenesis was the obstructed blood circulation leading to blood stasis blocking in brain. Also,blood stasis blocking in brain was the pathological basis of stroke,and blood stasis played a momentous role in the progress of stroke. To the treatment of stroke,WU Hao-xin usually distinguished the illness time of stroke first,then he used toxin-removing,blood activating and stasis dissolving therapeutic method with Shuanggen Qingnao Decoction in stroke acute stage; and benefiting qi for activating blood circulation therapeutic method in stroke stabilized phase applying Buyang Huanwu decoction with leech powder. Another features of Prof. WU＇s in treating stroke was consuming lung and supplementing kidney and discerning both branch and root and tardiness and imminence. Besides,Prof. WU thought that the daily nursing care had important significance in apoplexy potients.
