摘要
利用乙酸铜为铜源,葡萄糖为还原剂,在无表面活性剂条件下详细考察OH-浓度对铜液相还原过程的影响,通过控制不同晶面的相对生长速度进而控制Cu2O形貌演进,合成了不同形貌的氧化亚铜晶体。结果表明,低OH-浓度有利于<111>方向的生长,高OH-浓度有利于<100>方向的生长,且该趋势随反应时间的延长而更加显著。
Using copper acetate as copper sources, glucose as reductants, the cuprous oxide crystals with different shapes were synthesized without the assist of surfactant. The effect of OH-concentration on the copper liquid-phase reduction process was detailed examined. It was revealed that adjusting the concentration of OH-could control the relative growth rate of different Cu2 O crystal planes, and thus the evolution and transformation of Cu2 O morphology could be regulated. Low OH-concentration is beneficial to the growth of 111 direction, whereas high OH-concentration favors the growth of 100 direction, and this trend is more significant with the prolongation of reaction time.
