摘要
氮氧化物在医疗、航空航天和环保领域具有其独特的利用价值。针对高浓度NO_x的制备,实验建立了一套NO_x发生装置,利用电弧放电产生NO_x,通过考察反应器功率、气体流量、湿度等条件对NO_x产生浓度的影响,分析NO_x的发生规律。结果表明:NO_x产生量与反应器功率呈正相关;气体流量越大,产生的NO_x浓度越低;湿度增加,NO_x产生效率降低。通过电弧放电产生高浓度NO_x,方法简单,效果好,具有广阔的应用前景。
Nitrogen oxides have unique value in medical, aerospace and environmental protection. For the preparation of the high concentration of NOx, a NOxgenerator with arc discharge was built in the experiment. The generation of NOx was studied by investigating the reaction condition of reactor power, gas flow rate, and humidity. The experimental results showed that, NOx yield was positively correlated with the reactor power, and as the gas flow or humidity increased, the generation efficiency of NOx decreased. The method of high concentration NOx generated through arc discharge is characterized by simple process, high efficiency, and broad application.
