摘要 为给炉窑半干法脱硫塔设计提供理论基础,以某窑炉采用半干法旋转喷雾脱硫塔为研究对象,采用Fluent数值模拟软件对脱硫塔进口流场数值模拟分析,要求流场均匀偏差控制在5%以内,使塔体设计符合设计工况,以确保烟气与石灰浆均匀接触,不发生塔内壁结垢和冲刷问题。 In order to provide a theoretical basis for the design of semi-dry desulfurization tower in kiln, taking a kiln adopts half dry process rotary spray desulfurization tower as the research object, by using fluent numerical simulation software to simulate the flow field of the inlet and the two-phase flow in the desulfurization tower, the flow field uniformity deviation is controlled within 5 %, make the design of tower body conform to the design conditions, in order to ensure that contact the flue gas with lime, tower wall scaling and erosion problems.
