摘要
目的:探讨参黄草合剂对肾缺血再灌注小鼠的保护作用。方法:将小鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、参黄草合剂组,用药组给药14 d;建立肾缺血再灌注损伤模型。比较各组小鼠血清中Scr、BUN、MDA、SOD水平、肾组织中MDA、SOD、TNF-α、IL-1β及IL-6水平的影响。结果:模型组中Scr、BUN、MDA、TNF-α、IL-1β及IL-6水平升高,SOD活性降低;与模型组比较,用药组中Scr、BUN、MDA、TNF-α、IL-1β及IL-6水平显著降低,SOD活性升高。结论:参黄草合剂对肾缺血再灌注损伤小鼠具有保护作用。。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of Shenhuangcao-mixture on renal ischemia reperfusion mice. Methods: Mice were randomly divided into tree group: control group, model group and Shenhuangcao-mixture group. Shenhuangcao-mixture group was administered for 14 days. The renal ischemia reperfusion injury model was established. The levels of Scr, BUN, MDA in the serum and the expression of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 in the kidney tissue were detected. Results: Compared with the control group, the levels of Scr, BUN, MDA in the serum and the expression of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 in the kidney tissue were increased in the model group. When compared with the model group, the levels of Scr, BUN, MDA in the serum and the expression of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 in the kidney tissue were decreased in the model group. Conclusion: Shenhuangcao mixture has a protective effect on renal ischemia reperfusion injury in mice.
