摘要
奥贝胆酸是2016年被美国FDA批准上市的原发性胆汁性胆管炎治疗新药,有望于2018年被批准用于治疗非酒精性脂肪肝炎,被广大业内人士看好。本文对奥贝胆酸合成方法进行比较,为寻找适合工业化生产、低成本的合成路线提供参考。
Obeticholic acid is a new drug for PBC therapy approved by FDA in 2016. It is expected to be approved for the treatment of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis in 2018 and is favored by many people in the industry. In this paper, the synthetic methods of obeticholic acid were compared, so as to provide reference for finding a suitable synthetic route for industrial production and low cost.
