摘要
本文分析了目前加热炉烟气达标治理技术应用的必要性,综述了低氮燃烧改造技术的研究现状,提出炼厂加热炉低氮燃烧器改造技术是目前降低加热炉烟气NOx排放量的最优方案,并总结相关炼厂在改造后运行期间所遇到的问题和相关应对措施。
This paper analyzes the necessity of the application of the treatment technology for the flue gas of the heating furnace at present, than summarizes the research status of the low nitrogen combustion technology, and puts forward that the low nitrogen burner transformation technology of the refinery reheating furnace is the best scheme to reduce the NOx emission of the flue gas at present, and summarizes the problems and related countermeasures encountered in the related refineries during the reformed operation.
