浅说激励机制在国内居民生活垃圾分类中的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Incentive Mechanism in Domestic Waste Classification

激励措施在居民生活垃圾分类工作占重要作用。本文针对目前国内应用较多的积分兑换、绿色账户等正向激励措施,结合国外生活垃圾分类中激励措施的应用经验,简要分析激励措施在国内分类工作中的现状与局限性。探讨居民对激励措施的心理行为应激反应、提出改进目前激励措施的对策,促进垃圾分类工作的可持续发展。

Incentive measures play an important role in the classification of domestic waste. This article aims at the current positive incentive measures such as integral exchange, green account and so on. Combined with the application experience of incentive measures in foreign domestic waste classification. This paper briefly analyzes the present situation and limitations of incentive measures in domestic classification work. To explore the psychological and behavioral stress response of residents to incentive measures, and put forward countermeasures to improve the current incentive measures, so as to promote the sustainable development of garbage sorting work.
