摘要
锅炉设备具有极高的危险性,属于特种设备之一,国家对特种设备的生产、经营、使用,实施分类的、全过程的安全监督管理。在锅炉安装施工前,安装企业须告知当地锅炉监察部门,并自觉接受当地检验检测机构监督检验。锅炉的安装及维护过程中必须要确保锅炉安装的质量,才能满足后续锅炉稳定运行的要求。本文通过对锅炉安装过程中质量控制措施进行分析,以期提升锅炉安装控制质量,从而提高后续的锅炉运行效益。
Boiler equipment is extremely dangerous and belongs to one of the special equipments. The state implements classified safety management of the entire process for the production, operation and use of special equipment. Before installing the boiler, the installation company must inform the local boiler supervision department and consciously accept the supervision and inspection by the local inspection and testing agency. During the installation and maintenance of the boiler, the quality of the boiler installation must be ensured to meet the requirements for the subsequent stable operation of the boiler. This article analyzes the quality control measures in the boiler installation process in order to improve the quality of the boiler installation control, thereby improving the subsequent boiler operation efficiency.
