摘要
为了研制一套针对刺激剂CS母液分离方法,采用定量反应和降温结晶分离出CS成品、采用碱性水解法进行消解、精馏法分离母液中的乙醇和水的工艺流程。分离出的乙醇和水参与CS中试循环,降低CS中试生产的成本。
In order to develop a set of against stimulants CS mother liquid separation method, adopts the quantitative reaction and cooling crystallization separating CS finished, alkaline hydrolysis method is adopted to improve the digestion, distillation separation of ethanol and water from the mother liquor process. The separated ethanol and water were involved in the CS pilot cycle, reducing the cost of the trial production in CS.
