摘要 与化学催化剂相比,天然酶具有底物特异性好、催化活性高等显著优点,在生物、食品、化学化工、环境等领域具有广泛而重要的应用。但是,天然酶的活性受环境影响较大,容易失活或被蛋白酶消化。此外,提取的高成本和难储存也限制了其应用。因此,模拟酶的开发很有必要。近年来,纳米材料被发现具有模拟酶活性。与天然酶相比,纳米材料模拟酶具有更好的稳定性,较高的催化活性,成本更低和易于存储等优点,展现了诱人的应用前景。本文就新型纳米材料模拟酶的研究进展进行了简述。 Compared to chemical catalyst, natural enzymes manifest the distinctive advantages of good specificity and highly catalytic efficiency, which render them wide applications in biotechnology, food science, chemistry, chemical engineering, and environmental science. However, natural enzymes are easily denatured or digested by protease. Moreover, the harsh storage conditions and high extraction cost also limit their applications. Therefore, the exploration of enzyme mimetics is appealing. In recent years, nanomaterials are found to possess relatively higher enzyme mimicking activities, better stability, lower cost and more facile storage. This review gives a brief review on the research development of enzyme mimetics based on nanomaterials.
