摘要
通过"预处理+预酸化+UASB反应器+接触氧化+曝气生物滤池+消毒"工艺处理某生物制药废水。工程规模1500 t/d,其中回用水量为197 t/d。废水进水CODCr为3500 mg/L,BOD5为1400 mg/L,SS为300 mg/L,NH3-N为25 mg/L。该工艺调试运行后,各项出水指标均达到广东省《水污染物排放限值》(DB44/26-2001)第二时段一级标准要求,部分回用水处理达到《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》(GB/T18920-2002)中的城市绿化标准。
Biological pharmaceutical wastewater was treated by pretreatment + pre acidification +UASB reactor + contact oxidation + biological aerated filter + disinfection process. The project scale is 1500 m3/d, and the reused water volume is 197 m3/d. The inlet water CODCr 3500 mg/L, BOD5 1400 mg/L, SS 300 mg/L, NH3-N 25 mg/L. After the commissioning of the process, all the effluent indexes reached the first grade standard requirement of the second period of the water pollutant emission limit(DB44/26-2001) in Guangdong Province, and some water reuse treatment reached the urban greening standard in the urban sewage water quality(GB/T 18920-2002).
