摘要
本文通过对硅铁合金进行石墨粉熔融制样荧光分析方法的研究,并运用该试验方法,使用国家标准样品制作工作曲线,根据校准曲线和测量的X-射线荧光强度,计算出硅铁合金样品中硅元素的质量分数。
In this paper, through the study of the graphite powder of ferrosilicon alloy melting sample preparation of fluorescence analysis rnethod research, and using the test method, using the national standard work curve of the sample production, according to the calibration curve and the measurement of the X-ray fluorescence intensity, calculate the mass fraction of silicon ferrosilicon alloy samples.
