TSMC故障诊断策略研究

摘要 功率器件的实时故障诊断是实现功率变换器系统容错控制、提高系统可靠性的前提。该文对双级矩阵变换器(Two Stage Matrix Converter,TSMC)的功率器件故障诊断策略进行研究。构造TSMC输入电流状态矢量和输出电流状态矢量,并对其正常运行和功率器件开路故障下的电流状态矢量进行分析。根据功率器件开路故障时提取的TSMC电流状态矢量轨迹的故障特征,提出一种基于电流状态矢量的TSMC功率器件开路故障诊断策略。所提诊断策略无需添加额外的传感器,诊断可靠性高。仿真结果验证了所提故障诊断策略的有效性。 The real-time fault diagnosis of power devices is the premise of realizing the power converter system fault–tolerant control and improving the system reliability. This paper researches the fault diagnosis strategy of power devices in TSMC. Construct the input current-state-vector and output current-state-vector of TSMC, then analyze the current-state-vector in normal operation and open-circuit fault condition of power devices. According to the fault characteristics in current-state-vector trajectory of TSMC, which is extracted with fault devices open-circuited,this paper presents an open-circuit fault diagnosis strategy of power devices in TSMC based on the current-state-vector. The presented method requires no additional sensors, and it has the high reliability. Simulation results have verified the effectiveness of the proposed method.
