深部重型综采面长距离多联巷快速回撤技术研究 被引量:16

Long-distance multi-crosscut rapid-retracement technique in deep heavy fully mechanized face

摘要 针对重型综采面回撤通道在采深大于300 m后易出现底鼓、冒顶、片帮甚至冲击等问题,以鄂尔多斯地区A矿首采面为例,采用数值模拟和理论分析等方法,对深部重型综采面快速回撤技术进行研究。根据该地区的煤岩强度,当埋深达到272~322 m时,双通道撤架方案的主回撤通道围岩易出现冒顶和片帮等失稳现象;若煤体具有强冲击倾向性且埋深超过465 m,则该地区煤矿撤面时还具备了发生冲击地压的力学条件。综合考虑撤架安全和经济效益,提出并实施了深部重型综采面长距离多联巷快速回撤技术。研究成果应用于采深近700 m的A矿2-2上201重型综采工作面,与常规深井工作面先造条件再回撤的技术相比,减少了约18 d的回撤时间,取得了良好的安全和经济效益。 Aiming the problems of floor heaving, roof caving, coal sliding and support crushing using the bi-crossheading rapid-retracement technique in a heavy-type deep fully mechanized coal mining face when the mining depth is over 300 m, this paper investigates the mechanism of rapid retracement technique by using theoretical analyses and numerical simulations for the first longwall panel of Mine A in Erdos. According to the coal and rock strength, roof caving and coal sliding are easily induced in the surrounding rock of the main retracement crosscut from 272 to 322 m under the surface. If the rock burst tendency of the coal is strong and the mining depth is over 465 m, the rock burst accident is likely to occur during retracement. Considering safety and economic benefit in retracement works, the long-distance multi-crossheading rapid-retracement technique is proposed and applied. The Longwall Panel 2-2 up201 is successfully retraced using this technique. Compared to the regular techniques(which cut the retracement space in advance), the retracement time is reduced about 18 days. This study provides a new technique for the long-distance multi-crosscut rapid-retracement in heavy-type deep fully mechanized coal mining faces.
