摘要
京津冀协同发展进程的逐步推进,对三地协同发展创新型人才提出了迫切需求,尤其是以高素质的大学生创新创业队伍为主。文章立足京津冀协同发展的背景,指出大学生创新创业能力培养的重要性,并着重分析了高校在人才培养过程中面临的问题,进而提出解决的对策建议。
The coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has been gradually advancing, and innovative entrepreneurial talents are in great demand. This paper points out the importance of cultivating the ability of college students＇ innovative undertaking, and emphatically analyzes the problems in the process of talent training, and finally gives some countermeasures and suggestions.
