高盐沙地固沙用P(VAc-DBM-AA-AMPS)阴离子乳液的结构与性能 被引量:5

摘要 采用种子乳液聚合法,以醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)、马来酸二丁酯(DBM)、丙烯酸(AA)及2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为共聚单体,制备了P(VAc-DBM-AA-AMPS)四元共聚阴离子型乳液,并将其用于高盐沙地固沙。考察了功能单体AMPS对P(VAc-DBM-AA-AMPS)四元共聚乳液的合成与基本性能的影响。发现,AMPS的引入对乳液的粒径和黏度具有很大的影响;可以较大幅度地提高共聚乳液形成胶膜的耐盐性。同时考察了P(VAc-DBM-AAAMPS)共聚乳液在高盐沙地固沙时的固沙强度、耐热老化等性能。结果表明,与P(VAc-DBM-AA)共聚乳液相比,AMPS功能单体的引入,使阴离子型P(VAc-DBM-AA-AMPS)乳液具有更高的固沙强度、良好的抗热老化及冻融稳定性。 The anionic poly (vinyl acetate-dibutyl maleate-acyclic acid-co-2-acrylamido-2-methyl propanesulfonic acid) (P(VAe-DBM-AA-AMPS) ) copolymer emulsions were prepared by using the seed emulsion polymerization technique, which were used for high sah-affected sand fixation. The influences of AMPS functional monomer on the synthesis of P(VAc- DBM-AA-AMPS) copolymer emulsions were investigated in the preparation process. It was found that AMPS monomer had great effect on the particle size and the viscosity. The salt tnlerance property of fihn was increased when AMPS functional monomer was introduced. Meanwhile, the sand-fixing properties of P (VAc-DBM-AA-AMPS) copolymer emulsions were investigated in details, which included compressive strength, thermal aging anti freeze-thaw stabilities. The results showed that P ( VAc-DBM-AA-AMPS ) emulsion performed better excellent compressive strength in the sand fixation than P(VAe-DBM-AA) emulsion, and it had better thermal aging and freeze-thaw stabilities to withstand the changes in temperature by introducing AMPS functional monomer.
