摘要
介绍了PE双壁波纹管的特点、应用以及发展前景,根据热塑性塑料管材环刚度测定标准中的有关规定,建立了PE双壁波纹管环刚度测量不确定度的数学模型,并结合实例逐层对不确定度来源进行了分析。通过对不确定度分量进行量化和合成得出,当PE双壁波纹管环刚度为8.75 k N/mm2时,其扩展不确定度为0.20 k N/mm2(k=2)。结果表明,环刚度不确定度输入量的三大分量中负荷对测量结果的影响最大,而在负荷的输入量中测量重复性及样品不均匀性是影响环刚度不确定度的主要因素。
The characteristics of PE double wall corrugated pipes as well as its applications and future prospect were introduced. The measurement of sources of uncertainty in the ring stiffness of PE double wall corrugated pipes was analysed according to the study of the mathematical model that was established based on the determination of the ring stiffness standards of the thermoplastics pipes. It had been concluded that when the ring stiffness of PE double wall corrugated pipes was 8.75 kN/mm2 , the expanded uncertainty was 0.20 kN/mm2 ( k = 2 ). The results showed that the main factors which affected the uncertainty of the ring stiffness were the repeatability of stress measurement and sample irregularity. The results showed that the load had the greatest influence on the measurement results of the three components of the uncertainty of the ring stiffness, while the input load in the measurement repeatability and sample inhomogeneity were the key factors affecting the ring stiffness.
