摘要
本研究从浙江某高校2015级大学生中选取学业不良组和学业优良组,在大一期间进行了两次人格特质与生命意义感的测量,发现人格的尽责性、生命意义感都和学业成绩呈显著正相关,学业不良组与学业优良组大学生人格的开放性和尽责性、生命意义感差异显著。研究结果说明人格的尽责性和生命意义感是大学生学业成绩的预测指标。进入大学后,学业不良组和学业优良组大学生人格的尽责性和生命意义感发生了变化,导致了学业成绩的差异。
We have conducted two tests on the personality traits and the sense of life meaning from the two groups of students. One group is of learning disability and the other is of good learning ability. The subjects are the college students of 2015 class who are freshmen from a certain university in Zhejiang Province. The survey shows that the conscientiousness of personality and the sense of life meaning were positively correlated with academic performance. There was a big gap in terms of openness, conscientiousness, and the sense of life meaning between excellent students and poor students. The research also indicates that conscientiousness of personality and the sense of life meaning are predictive indicators of college students' academic performance. Diversification occurs in conscientiousness of personality and the sense of life between poor academic and excellent academic students after they entered the university. That resulted in differences in their academic performances
