同步双向拉伸工艺对锂电池隔膜成膜性能的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Synchronous Biaxial Stretching Process on the Film-forming Property of Lithium Battery Separator

摘要 采用双螺杆挤出机和三辊压延机制备了高密度聚乙烯-石蜡厚片,通过静态双向拉伸试验机对厚片进行拉伸试验,研究拉伸速率、拉伸温度和拉伸倍率对厚片成膜性能的影响。结果表明:当拉伸倍率为5×5倍,拉伸时间为10~25 s,拉伸温度为100~110℃时,厚片较易拉伸成膜;随着拉伸倍率的增大,厚片所制得隔膜的孔径和拉伸强度随之增大。 HDPE-paraffim thick sheets were prepared using twin screw extruder and tri roll calender. The thick sheets were stretched by static biaxial tensile test machine and the effects of stretching rate, stretching temperature, and stretching ratio on the film-forming properties of the thick sheets were investigated. The results show that when the stretching ratio is 5×5 times, the stretching time is 10-25 s, and the stretching temperature is 100~110 ℃, the thick sheets are easy to be stretched into films. The pore size and tensile strength of the separator increase with the increase of stretching ratio.
