典型航空密封胶的热解和燃烧特性研究 被引量:3

摘要 在航空领域,密封失效会直接影响飞机的结构完整性、可靠性和飞行安全性。以不同密封胶[如合成橡胶基密封胶(牌号PR812)、EP(环氧树脂)基密封胶(牌号Epocast1629)]为试验对象,采用锥形量热仪和热重-差热分析仪对密封胶的热解、燃烧特性等进行对比分析。研究结果表明:Epocast1629和PR812的热解过程分别为2个和3个阶段,并且前者的初始热解温度略低于后者;Epocast1629与PR812相比,前者的热释放速率(HRR)、热释放速率峰值(pkHRR)和热释放总量(THR)等虽明显降低,但释烟速率(RSR)、总释烟量(TSR)及整体持续释烟时间等均明显增大,故Epocast1629在火灾发生后人员的疏散及生命安全方面的危害性更大。 In the aviation field, seal failure will directly affect the structural integrity, reliability and flight safety of aircraft. With different sealants[such as synthetic rubber-sealant (brand PR812) and EP(epoxy resin)sealant(brand Epocast 1629)] as test objects, the thermal decomposition and combustion characteristics of PR812 and Epocast 1629 were investigated by thermogravimetric cone calorimeter and TG-DTA (differential thermal analyzer). The research results showed that the thermal decompositions process of Epocast 1629 and PRS12 had two stages and three stages, respectively, and the initial pyrolysis temperature of the former was lower than that of the latter. In addition, heat release rate (HRR), heat release rate peak (pkHRR), and total heat release (THR) of Epocast 1629 were less than those of PR812. However, release smoke rate (RSR), total smoke release (TSR), and overall duration of continuous smoke release of Epocast 1629 were higher than those of PR812. Therefore, Epocast 1629 is more harmful in evacuation and life safety after fire.
