摘要
以邻位碳硼烷双酚、多聚甲醛和不同的二胺为原料,采用曼希尼反应合成出5种邻位碳硼烷苯并噁嗪;采用FT-IR(红外光谱)法和NMR(核磁共振)法对产物的结构进行了表征,并采用紫外光透射法、TGA(热重分析)法测定了聚合物的溶解性、热稳定性和两亲性。研究结果表明:碳硼烷的引入明显提高了聚合物的热稳定性;PEG(聚乙二醇)链段越多,聚合物的水溶性越好,但热稳定性有所下降;通过调节碳硼烷和PEG比例,可获得热稳定性和水溶性俱佳的聚合物。
With o-earborane bisphenol, paraformaldehyde, and different diamines as raw materials, five poly (o-carborane-benzoxazines) were synthesized by Mannich reaction. Their structures were characterized by FT-IR (infrared spectroscopy) and NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance) , and the solubility, thermal stability, and amphiphilic of poly (o-carborane-benzoxazines) were tested by ultraviolet light transmission method and TGA (thermogravimetric analysis) method. The research results showed that the introducing carborane eouht obviously increase the thermal stability of poly (o-carborane-benzoxazines). The poly (o-carborane-benzoxazine) with more PEG (polyethyleneglycol) segments had the better water solubility, but its thermal stability decline somewhat. The poly (o-carborane-benzoxazines) with good water solubility and thermal stability can be obtained by adjusting ratio between carborane and PEG.
