摘要
卷烟生产采用M8超高速硬包装机时,对烟用包装胶的上机适应性要求较高,故VAE(醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚物)乳液作为烟用包装胶的基体,其机械稳定性对卷烟生产的停机次数(清理溢胶所致)影响极大。为提高烟用包装胶的机械稳定性,采用无增塑剂方案对烟用包装胶配方进行改进。研究结果表明:改进后乳胶粒的粒径显著减小,相应VAE烟用包装胶的机械稳定性明显提高;将该烟用包装胶应用于M8超高速硬包装机中,卷烟生产的停机次数为零、生产效率明显提高且所有性能符合相关标准要求。
Wenn cigarette was manufactured by M8 ultra-high-speed rigid package machine, so the requirements of cigarette packaging adhesive in manufacturing adaptation is higher. Therefore, the VAE(ethylenevinyl acetate copolymer) emulsion as matrix of cigarette packaging adhesive, the influences of its mechanical stability on downtime number (namely number of cleaning excessive glue) of cigarette production were maximum. In order to improve the mechanical stability of cigarette packaging adhesive, the formula for cigarette packaging adhesive was improved by removing plasticizer. The research results showed that the mechanical stability of the corresponding VAE cigarette packaging adhesive was significantly improved because the size of modified emulsion particle was significantly decreased. The failure frequency of cigarette production was reduced, the production efficiency was obviously improved, and all properties could meet the requirements of relevant standard when the cigarette packaging adhesive was used in M8 ultra-high-speed rigid package machine.
