微胶囊化绿茶提取物改性卷烟胶 被引量:4

摘要 以乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)作为囊壁,包裹绿茶提取物后,制得微胶囊,并以此作为卷烟胶的改性剂。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、气相色谱/质谱联用(GC/MS)法和流变仪等对卷烟胶及微胶囊的结构、形貌、热性能、力学性能和流变行为等进行表征与分析。研究结果表明:采用乳化-溶剂蒸发法获得的EVA微胶囊呈球形状结构,其粒径为20~70μm;将EVA包裹的绿茶提取物微胶囊分散到卷烟胶中,所得卷烟胶的触变性及黏度变化不大,并且其力学性能基本保持不变;此时,该卷烟点燃时所释放的绿茶提取物,可有效提升卷烟的口感、降低卷烟胶对人体的危害。 With ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) as capsule wall, a microcapsule for modifier of cigarette adhesive was prepared by EVA coated green tea extract. The structure, morphology, thermal properties, mechanical properties and rheological behavior of cigarette adhesive and microcapsule were characterized and analysed by infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) , scanning electron microscopy (SEM) , gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) methods and rheometer. The research results showed that the EVA microcapsules, which was obtained by emulsification-solvent evaporation method, had the ball structure, its size was 20-70 μm. When the EVA coated green tea extract microcapsules were dispersed into the cigarette adhesive, the changes of thixotropy and viscosity of cigarette adhesive were less, and their mechanical properties were basically unchanged. Here, the green tea extract, which was released by igniting cigarette, can effectively promote the palate of cigarette and can reduce the harm of human body.
