摘要
采用连续观察法研究淇河鲫受精卵在水温24℃左右条件下,胚胎发育过程中不同阶段的形态特点。淇河鲫受精卵为淡黄色,椭圆形或圆球形,粘性卵,卵径为1.5~1.8 mm。其发育过程可分为受精卵胚盘形成阶段、卵裂、囊胚、原肠胚、神经胚、器官形成阶段和孵化出膜七个阶段,在此基础上还可细分成23个发育时期,整个胚胎发育过程历时约58 h,所需总积温约为1439.57 h.℃。
Continuous observation method was used to study the morphological characteristics of the embryonic development of the Carassius auratus in Qihe river under 24 ℃. The eggs of the Cauratus in Qihe fiver were light yellow, oval or spherical, viscous eggs, the diameters of which are 1.5 to 1.8 mm. The developmental process can be divided into seven stages: blastodisc stage, cleavage, blastula, gastrulation, neuroblast, organ formation and hatching. Based on the seven stages, it can be subdivided into 23 development stages. The entire embryonic development process lasted about 58 h, and the total required accumulated temperature was about 1439.57 h. ℃.
